I attest that I am a citizen of the United States and that I support the project to draft a new constitution before the 250th anniversary of our current constitution on September 17, 2037. I endorse the Anti-Elitist Constitution as a first draft for establishing a framework for our elected representatives in Congress to begin negotiations and debates to draft a new Constitution supported by two-thirds of Congress and submitted for ratification by the States.
